Are GoPros worth the money in 2022?
It definitely made sense back when GoPro was the one and only action cam, but since then so many mid- and budget-level action cams have completely flooded the market, not to mention almost all flagship phones now being waterproof and equipped with decent OIS.
I’ve thought about getting one a last year, but I ended up opting for a handheld gimbal for smartphones instead, thinking “GoPro’s optics will go out of date, but I’ll always have a new-ish smartphone…”
